If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
